Wildwood BBQ Bash

2012 St. Louis Home Fires
Wildwood BBQ Bash
Sept. 29th & 30th

Wildwood's largest community festival!

The 2010 BBQ Bash was the largest BBQ contest in St Louis History.

Registration for the 2012 St. Louis Home Fires Wildwood BBQ Bash will begin on May 19th, 2012, only in person, at St. Louis Home Fires, 15053 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011, beginning at 7 a.m..

If you would like to get your business involved in Wildwood's largest community festival and create increased exposure for y
our business, please don't hesitate to contact us.

While weather conditions do not impact the event to any large extent, in 2011 shuttle bus routes and service levels were addressed.

In addition the St. Louis County Police have facilitated a check point that teams will be able to access to more efficiently and quickly enter and exit the venue during event hours.

Also, another change included a two day move in window starting on Thursday and continuing through Friday.

For small business opportunities there will be a select number of 10x10 booths available at a reduced cost.

Registration for this BBQ event will be $165.00.

The rules and regulations will remain essentially the same with some changes and restrictions to the Chefs Choice Category.  We will also include more public events such as last year's Iron Chef and People's Choice contests.  This will be in addition to the existing eight category competition.

St. Louis County Health Department permits will be available for submission on the day of registration and St. Louis Home Fire will help facilitate the payment and submission on May 7th and from that time on.

Again, beer, wind and soda sales will be handled internally while any BBQ food product sales, once approved by Bash registration, is allowed by any team.

This year's contest and celebration will surpass your expectations again.  While the City of Wildwood and Town center present unique and beautiful surroundings with high visibility and community participation, space is limited and the BBQ Bash keeps growing.  Please do not delay your registration.  We certainly want to make every effort to get all teams registered that are interested and have a history with the BBQ Bash.

The strength of spirit that the City of Wildwood has demonstrated will insure a strong partnership for years to come.  With your sustaining support  we will continue to create St. Louis' largest BBQ and Family Festival.
