Wildwood BBQ Bash

2013 St. Louis Home Fires
Wildwood BBQ Bash
Sept. 28th & 29th

Wildwood's largest community festival!

Last year marked our most successful BBQ Bash!  The City of Wildwood, St. Louis County Police, Metro West Fire, Army National Guard and Wildwood Local businesses have graciously invited us back to hold the Ninth Annual St. Louis Home Fires BBQ Bash, September 28th and 29th 2013.

Registration will begin May 4th at 7:00 a.m. at St.Louis Home Fires, 15053 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO. 63011.  The process will be the same as last year.  The order in which teams and businesses register will determine the order in which booth selections will be made.

In addition, the two day move in, starting on Thursday and continuing through Friday, was tremendously successful again.  This move in procedure will again be followed.

Also, for small business opportunities there will be a select number of 10x10 booths available.

Registration for this BBQ event will be $195.00 for a standard 20x20 booth and more details will be available on registration day.  There may also be some 30x10 spaces on this year's map.   RV spaces will again be limited.  The rules and regulations will remain essentially the same with some changes and restrictions to the Chef's Choice category.

We will also include more public events such as last year's Iron Chef and People's Choice contests, in addition to an already 8 category competition.

St. Louis County Health Department permits will be available for submission on the day of registration and St. Louis Home Fires will help facilitate the payment and submission of, on May 4th and thereafter.

Again, Beer, Wine, Water and Soda sales will be handled internally.  Any team that is caught selling alcohol will be disqualified and asked to vacate the premises.  Insurance requirements for this event strictly prohibit alcohol sales by teams.

This year's contest and celebration will surpass your expectations again!

The City of Wildwood and Town Center preset unique and beautiful surroundings with high visibility and community participation.

See You At The Bash!
